1. Log onto the EHSA database:  http://ehsa.gatech.edu/ehsa. If the link for EHSA does not work, be sure you are connected to the GT or GTRI VPN.
  2. Click the Permits icon on the bottom
  3. On the next screen, make sure the PI name is selected at the top.
  4. Select your RAM or X-Ray permit row, and click View (or double click the RAM/X-Ray permit row)
  5. Here you will find much information pertaining to your permit.
  6. To see a hard copy of your Application or Approval Letter, select the "Documentation" tab at the bottom
  7. Click on the row with the RAM/X-Ray Application to be viewed, and then click "View Document".
  8. The Document will open in a new tab.
