Laser Safety Refresher Training Due Dates for My Laser Users
- Login to EHSA via https://ehsa.gatech.edu/ehsa/ using your Georgia Tech username and password credentials (you may need to be connected to the GT VPN)
- Click the "Training Records" icon
- Your current workers (for any permit type) are listed on the left hand side of the screen
- Click the "Training Reports" button at the top left of the browser window and select the report "Laser Safety Refresher Due by Laser Supervisor"

After BOHP form is completed
A healthcare professional with Concentra will review your packet and provide recommendations to the GT Biosafety office. The GT Biosafety office will review their recommendations and will make a final recommendation to the enrollee on the Risk Assessment Review.
Access the BOHP form
- Complete the confidential exposure risk assessment at EHS Assessment.
- Select "Browse New Forms"
- Select "Georgia Tech Biological Occupational Health Program" and click "Start"
- Complete and submit the assessment
- You will receive a confirmation email with your completed risk assessment attached after completion.
Sealed Source Disposal Request
If you are finished using a sealed source and wish to dispose of it, simply send an e-mail to ors@ors.gatech.edu and indicate the isotope and source number you wish to dispose. ORS will schedule a time to pick up the source(s) from your lab.
Request Permit Location Addition or Removal
Email ehsa@gatech.edu for CHEM or BIO permits.
Email ors@ors.gatech.edu for RAM or XRAY permits.
Track Stock Solutions Made from Source Vial Activity
This procedure will help track RAM usage when a stock solution is made from activity taken from the original source vial.
