This process will allow you to give EHS the information needed to get EHSA access for new students or workers in your lab. This is ONLY applicable to CHEM permits as BIO, LASER, RAM, and XRAY permits have additional requirements and a separate process to obtain access. Only Lab Managers and PIs have sufficient permissions to do this.

1. Click on the "Worker Registration" icon
2. Click on "Add" in the top left
3. Complete the information for the new worker as much as possible
4. Select the CHEM permit from the drop down list for "Permit Number"
5. Click "Save"
6. EHS will get the worker's access set up promptly
