This process will allow you to give EHSA access for new students or workers in your lab. This is ONLY applicable to chemical inventory and waste request modules, as BIO, LASER, RAM, and XRAY permits have additional requirements and a separate process to obtain access. Only Lab Managers and PIs have sufficient permissions to do this.

1. Click "Worker Registration - CHEM only" icon along bottom of EHSA home screen 
2. Click "Search Worker" at top left, type worker name or GTID.  (If worker is not found, they likely need to complete Right to Know and Lab Safety 101 online training before they can be added in EHSA) 
3. Under “Worker Link”, select your PI name to add worker access. 
4. Click “Save”.

To request that a lab manager or lab member be able to add new EHSA workers on your (the PI’s) behalf, please contact ehsa@gatech.edu with their name and gatech email address.
