The “My Building Resupply Request” form displays both Urgent and general requests for resupply. When you access the form, it is divided up into several sections.
The top section displays all new urgent requests. Requests that have the priority of “Immediate” are listed at the top, while those with priority “Within 24 hours” are lower.
The middle section displays all urgent requests that are currently in-progress. Again, requests that have the priority of “Immediate” are listed at the top, while those with priority “Within 24 hours” are lower. In this example, there are no “Immediate” priority requests in progress, so the “Within 24 hours” item flows to the top. Actions that are awaiting you are listed in the right column.
The lowest section displays general reports of areas that require resupply. Areas that have been reported more than once are displayed higher in the list. The report “counts” are reset when a Building Manager logs a resupply for the area.
