To address a general resupply report, click on the “Resupply” button next to the area.
The general resupply view of the form will be displayed. Note that you can see what type of items have been reported needing refill in the “Reported needs” column and the default building supply depot is pre-selected in the “Supply Depot (resupply source)” selector. It is possible that the reported resupply needs are not what you find when you arrive in the area to perform the resupply. For this reason, you are given the ability to log what was used to complete the resupply.
Use the “Add” button to start listing what products were used. The “Edit Row” pop-up window is displayed where you can add a product and a quantity. In this example, we have indicated that 3 single Steramine tables were used (for example, to refill 3 disinfecting spray bottles). Click “Save” to close the Pop-up window.
You can continue adding items as appropriate. In this example, we have also indicated that 2 100 count Dry wipes and 64 ounces of Hand Sanitizer Gel were used. Be sure to click “Submit” when you are done, or your changes will not be saved.
TIP: When you refill hand sanitizer, you should use the total ounces (not package/container sizes). In our example, we logged 64 ounces – the equivalent of a half-gallon.
