My Workers and their Training Requirements & History

  1. Log in to EHSA via https://ehsa.gatech.edu/ehsa/​ using your Georgia Tech username and password credentials.
  2. Click the "Training Records" icon
  3. Your current workers are listed on the left hand side of the screen.
  4. Select someone from the list of workers on the left hand side of the screen to view training requirements and training history.
  5. On the right hand side of the screen, the upper panel is for training requirements and the lower panel is for training history.

My Labs

  1. Click on the "Permits" icon
  2. Select a permit to see which labs are approved for that permit
  3. Scroll down to the 2nd section, where there are horizontal tabs
  4. Click on the "Labs" tab
  5. This shows the labs that are approved for this permit. If you have multiple permits, some labs may not be on all permits.
  6. To update this list, email the appropriate group based on permit type for assistance:
    1. BIO - biosafety@gatech.edu

Request New Source (Form C)

  1. Login to http://ehsa.gatech.edu/ehsa.  If you are not already logged into the Georgia Tech system, you will be prompted to login using your GT username and password.  If the link for EHSA does not work, be sure you are connected to the GT or GTRI VPN.
  2. Click on the "Inventory" icon.
  3. Click "RAM Requisition Entry"
  4. Click "+Add"
  5. Provide information for the following fields:
    • "PI"
    • "Isotope"
    • "Lab/Location"
    • "Vendor Name"
    • "Compound"
