1. Click "Worker Registration - CHEM only" icon along bottom of EHSA home screen
2. Click "Search Worker" at top left, type worker name or GTID.  (If worker is not found, they likely need to complete Right to Know and Lab Safety 101 online training before they can be added in EHSA)
3. Under “Worker Link”, select your PI name to add worker access.
4. Click “Save”.

1. From the EHSA homepage, click “Safety Inspections” on bottom row
2. Click “Uncorrected Deficiencies”
3. Use the buttons at the top to check for deficiencies for different inspections:
   1. Some inspections, such as Lab Safety, Radiation Safety, and Laser Safety can be found under PI/Manager Inspections.
   2. Equipment Inspections show X-Ray Inspections or other equipment Inspections.
4. If needed, click ▸ for appropriate inspection to expand menu
5. Click blue Edit Response button 

1. Click “Safety Inspections” on top row
2. Click “Inspection History”
3. Select "Lab Inspection History" from "Inspection Reports" drop down menu near top of page

This report provides a summary of your contact information currently recorded in EHSA.  It also provides a list of the permits to which you are associated.

1. From the EHSA home page, click on the "Reports" icon.
2. Click on the report titled "My Personal Information" and a PDF will be generated.

If any of this information is incorrect, please send an email to ors@ors.gatech.edu and indicate which information needs to be updated.

Allow up to 24 hours for an training completions from Genius to be visible in EHSA. If the training completion still doesn't show up, email ors@ors.gatech.edu.

Basic, read-only information on your equipment inventory can be viewed in EHSA.  The location for viewing this information is the same regardless of the equipment type. To access this information, and after logged into EHSA:
