Monni Begum

Monni is the newest member in the Biosafety team. She came down to Georgia from Montreal, Canada. She has been in the EHS and biosafety field for more than four years. She previously worked at Georgia State University and McGill University. She has experience in protocol reviews, inspections, training, accident and incident investigations, laboratory design, and compliance in high containment laboratories. She is looking forward to making a positive contribution to the safety culture at Georgia Tech. 

Bogna Grabicka

Ms. Bogna Grabicka, Ph.D., is our new hire for the position of Chemical Safety Information Coordinator.  She has been here at Georgia Tech as post-doc, lab manager, and research scientist for Dr. Krista Walton (ChBE) since 2011.  As such, Bogna is already in a position to be ahead of the curve as she is very familiar with the campus and the research side of the house. Bogna will be a key cog in the machinery moving us forward during the transition from Chematix to EHSA.

Gregory Beyer

Gregory Beyer joined EHS this February as System Support Engineer II. EHS is excited to have our own in-house IT support. He has twenty years experience in the IT field, specifically in Network Support, Application Support and IT Project Management. His hobbies include playing the banjo and singing in a bluegrass band.
