EHS is excited to announce a new chemical inventory for the Institute, EHSA. This will replace Chematix as the Institute's Chemical Inventory Management System. EHS has been using other safety modules of EHSA since 2009, and we have steadily been acquiring additional safety modules. Now researchers will have one portal for their EHS related tasks to include chemical inventory, lab inspection responses, protocol submissions for IBC, BMSC, and RSC, and occupational health questionnaire submissions.

We are currently working on a Public Relations Campaign to introduce EHSA to campus. We are finalizing the timeline for implementation and are working on developing online and in-person comprehensive training. Please be on the lookout for additional information on this exciting initiative.
